2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

3. Delivery Guidelines & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Customers must provide an accurate phone number and complete physical address (including House Number, Road, Area, Upazila, and District).

• For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact cash amount ready for the delivery representative.

• You are entitled to check the external packaging upon delivery. If the outer box is severely tampered with or open, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, a consignment tracking ID will be sent to your phone via SMS. You can also track your shipment live through our website’s Order Tracking page.
