  • In the event of an pricing error or system glitch where a product is listed at an incorrect price, Oriza reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

  • Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order.

  • Oriza reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit your order quantity for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, suspect transaction, unreachable phone number).

  • Customers can request order cancellation before dispatch by calling 09617-486234. Once dispatched to courier partners, orders cannot be canceled midway.
